Due to the Historical event of the Inauguration of Mr. Barack Obama, President – Elect, in Washington DC, on January 20th, 2009 where many of our members will be participants in various events, the Midwinter Board Meeting scheduled for January, 2009 has been officially canceled.

All departments, board and agencies are asked to meet by conference call to transact business for the 2009 Annual Session.
